Relief valve oil seepage of HDD machine
Oil seepage at the bottom of the relief valve: Replace the seal ring and remove the connecting bolt.
Oil seepage at the rear of the relief valve: tighten the bolts with an Allen wrench.
Solenoid valve oil seepage
Valve bottom seal is damaged: Replace the seal.
Connection bolt is too long: replace the bolt.
Sealant lump: remove the sealant lump.
Starting tower cylinder oil seepage
Piston seal ring damage: replace the seal ring.
The hydraulic lock cannot be locked: clean the hydraulic lock spool, loosen the screws at both ends of the hydraulic lock, and remove the spool.
Oil seepage from the oil joint
The joint is loosened by vibration: tighten the joint.
Washer damage: replace the washer.
Joint sliding wire: Replace the joint.
The joint is affected by deformation: replace the joint.
Oil pipe damage
Oil pipe joints burst off: re-riveting oil pipe joints.
High-pressure oil pipe burst : replace the oil pipe.
Low pressure oil pipe burst : repair with waterproof tape.
