1. Walking Track
It adopts high strength rubber crawler chassis integrated walking design, and its main accessories are high-strength supporting wheel, guide wheel, carrier wheel, driving gear and tension oil cylinder etc. It’s of compact structure, convenient for short distance transfer and movement, and the machine moves in place by itself. It’s of flexible and convenient, time-saving and labor-saving.
2. Independent Environment Device
Independent radiator is adopted, the oil temperature and wind speed are adjustable according to construction environment temperature. Independent removable hood is designed according to fan position, which more convenient for maintenance. High flow hydraulic oil cooler has fast heat dissipation, reduces the wear of hydraulic components, avoids leakage of seals, and ensures the system work stably for long time in high temperature environment.
3. Push-pull Device and Power Head
The Push-pull device is driven by high speed motor and rack and pinion system, with high, medium and low speed, stable and strong push-pull force.
4. Independent Jaw
Independent jaw design, large clamping force, intuitive and convenient operation, it’s more convenient for disassembly, and with high strength bearing capacity.
5. Visual Console
Panoramic visual console, good vision. The main instruments, switches and operation handles of the drilling rig are set on the left and right sides of operation platform according to the conventional usage. The seats are made of high grade leather engineering materials, which are comfortable, convenient and high-end.
6. Engine
Cummins engine adopted, stable performance, low fuel consumption, good economy, strong power.
